HOW TO ORDER

Simply email the Item title and code of the piece you wish to purchase along with your contact details and preferred method of payment. Hot Toffee will then contact you.

If you've seen something on the Hot Toffee website but it's sold or you'd like it in a different colour please contact Hot Toffee with a description. The process of making Hot Toffee fused glass pieces is quite complex therefore a one week turn around is estimated on items which are made to order. The item/items will be posted upon receipt of payment.

PAYMENT

Hot Toffee accepts secure online payments through PayPal (VISA or MASTER card). A paypal account is not needed to use this method. You will simply be sent an Invoice through PayPal which will guide you through the steps of payment.

Australian customers may also pay via direct Bank Deposit (bank details will be provided once your order is placed) .

SHIPPING

Within Australia

A flat rate of $5.00 will be charged for shipping Hot Toffee purchases regardless of how many items you purchase. All orders will be sent by Australia Post. Estimated delivery time is 3 -5 days. If you would like your order sent express post please contact us. Express post option is $10.00 and estimated delivery time is 2 -3 days.

International Orders

A flat rate of $10.00 will be charged for shipping Hot Toffee purchases regardless of how many items you purchase. Insuarance is available upon request. All international orders will be sent via Airmail. Estimated delivery is 1 -3 weeks dependent on where you are.
